Precision in structural steel

Founded in Chicago in 2011, our 38,000-square-foot facility bridges heavy industrial capacity with architectural detailing. We engineer assemblies to sixteenth-inch tolerances under non-destructive weld testing.

Surface finishing

Engineers convert structural engineer-of-record models into fabrication-ready shop drawings, assigning cut lists and connection geometry before raw mill delivery.

High-definition plasma tables cut heavy hot-rolled plate up to three inches thick, beveling weld preparations with repeatable mechanical precision.

AWS D1.1 certified weld technicians assemble heavy trusses and box columns in rigid jigs, verified by on-staff non-destructive testing inspectors.

Finished assemblies undergo abrasive blast profiling before receiving commercial shop primer, blackened chemical patinas, or high-performance urethane coats.

Shop standard

Steel does not forgive bad measurements. When a four-ton truss flies into an active urban jobsite, the connection holes either align perfectly on the drift pins or the crane stops. We build so the crane never stops.
